I Learned Something New!

While cooking dinner today, I learned this:

Noun1.garlic clovegarlic clove - one of the small bulblets that can be split off of the axis of a larger garlic bulb

This would have been good to know BEFORE chopping up the entire garlic bulb into my 2 cups of rice. :) Oh well - now I know!

I remember learning that one too. It can be confusing! Some recipes actually do call for a whole bulb, but that's usually if it's been roasted so the flavor isn't so potent. I hope you're enjoying cooking! Brian wants me to try the cafe rio recipe!

That sounds like something your mother should have taught you!
