This would have been good to know BEFORE chopping up the entire garlic bulb into my 2 cups of rice. :) Oh well - now I know!

haha. My roommates and I learned that lesson our sophomore year. :)
I remember learning that one too. It can be confusing! Some recipes actually do call for a whole bulb, but that's usually if it's been roasted so the flavor isn't so potent. I hope you're enjoying cooking! Brian wants me to try the cafe rio recipe!
