Sophia 2 Year Pictures and Video

Presenting.... our beautiful 2 year old!!!
Oh, the difference a year makes!

Continuing the tradition of taking a picture of Sophia in a birthday dress that matches the colors of her birthday party. :) I wonder how long I can keep that up.

Trying to hold up 2 fingers. It's tricky for her. She starts with all 5 fingers up, and tries to fold the last 2 down. haha Usually she gives up somewhere in the middle, holds up all 5, and proudly exclaims, "TWO!"

2 fingers mastered for the first time!

Her reaction when I showed her a giant leaf.

 Sweet little face :)
Look at that pink nose! It was cold and starting to rain on our "photo shoot"

The pictures from both years were taken in exactly the same location. Look how many more leaves were already on the ground last year! And last year I took the pictures 2.5 weeks earlier than this year, but now temperatures are already in the 40's and low 50's, (which made for a pretty cold and grumpy model) so I didn't want to wait any longer!

We also went to take a couple fall family pictures today. Here are some of my favorites:
We had to try hard to get a smile out of this girl. It went something like this: "Do you want to go play?" "No." "Do you need mommy to hold you?" "No." "Do you want to be upside down?" "Yeah"

And last, but never least, here is a video chronicling Sophia from ages 1 to 2. I can't believe how itty bitty she was last year!

What adorable pictures from this photo shoot!! It's surprising how different the autumn leaves look from last year to this one. Sophia looks so sweet in her new birthday dress; I'm glad you were able to use the cute hair bow you made for her birthday party.

All the family pictures are very nice; cute outfits and great autumn backgrounds. I'm surprised Sophia wasn't more smiley. You sure are a good-looking family!
